What's been your most rewarding project(s) while at your firm?

Our dept has looked at expanding how safety is viewed and implemented in construction. We have piloted various programs that help with cognitive ability, alertness and we currently own an APP that streamlines safety forms and data, for internal use and our contractors.

We also create "myth buster" videos, one has actually won an award in Asia. All of us, including myself, support our clients by pushing the envelope and our management to think outside the box for better design and system's. We want to successfully deliver the infrastructure solutions of the future while keeping our employees, contractors and clients safe.

Most interesting place you've traveled for work?

All places are interesting if you keep an open mind.

What inspires you about your profession?

Safety is evolving in ways no one has anticipated, there is a daily challenge to keep up with new technology and make it work. We, as an EPC company, have found ways and will continue to find ways to test out systems/products to support the continued need for no one to be hurt and projects to be successful.
